- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources -Training or relevant.
- Experiences in Human Resources or Training 2 years, at least 1 year experience in Supervisor level is a must . Experiences in hotel business before would be advantage.
- Fast learning and can work with the team.
- Recruitment process such as seeking suitable candidate, interview appointment.
- Preparing necessary equipment for new hiring.
- Coordinate with all staff about benefits such as Social Security, Group insurance etc.
- Support to training administration.
- HR information update by creative and imagination skills.
- Support data for monthly report.
