-Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.
-Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
-Assists the Director of Catering in the development of Sales & Catering / Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
-Manages and administers the Catering and Banquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
-Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
