Qualification:
-Bachelor?s degree and above in Hospitality Management or related fields
-Pleasant personality and good appearance
-At least 6 months of experience in customer services role
-Background in hotel or airline operation is an asset
-Good communication skill, service minded, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
-Be proactive, caring, creative and courage to change
-Good command of English (TOEIC score: 550), a third language will be an advantage
-Able to work on shift
