Qualifications
- Diploma / University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or related field
- At least 1 year experience in the same position or sales department in other standard hotel
- Skill in developing sales strategies
- Possess strong communication, organization and relationship skills
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Possess a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with pleasing personality
- Computer skills (world processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
Job Descriptions
- Organizing the filing system of the Division.
- Ensures that the stock of stationery items are accounted for and well maintained.
- Responsible for out-going telex and facsimile message.
- Assist in the packing of materials when required, eg. Hotel brochures, sales kits etc.
- To assist Director of Sales to prepare the monthly Sales & Marketing Report, market analysis, result of special programs and other activities relevant to Sales & Marketing to Management.
- Ensures that all files and records of accounts are up to date and secured at all times
- Maintain and complete all files accessible and records necessary for the effective operation for management
- Is responsible for the hotel databases by market segment separately
- Ensure confidentiality of all information discussed and correspondence to and from Sales office.
- Able to handle sales enquiries (hotel brochures, slides, sales kits and give away).
- Assist reservation team to make the bookings, when team need this requirement
