Qualifications & Competencies:
? Thai nationality only
? At least two years? experience in hospitality industry
? Education: Bachelor?s degree or higher
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
? Strong written and verbal skills, with practical experience of writing marketing content
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues
? Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
? Understanding of social media marketing platforms
? Experience working with influencers is a plus

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE
The Marketing Communications Executive is an integral part of a fast-paced Group marketing team for a Thai home-grown hospitality brand, SALA Hospitality. Driving the success of our 8 unique properties across Thailand, you will be at the pulse of the latest hospitality and marketing trends and have a self-motivated attitude when it comes to implementing these trends in the business.
We are looking for a team player that will closely with the Marketing Communications Department to plan, create and promote successful online and offline marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be willing and ready to learn, implement strategies and support the goals of the business.
With many moving parts and simultaneous projects, you must be efficient and organised, and experiences in managing a large workload of administrative tasks. Please find more details below on what the role entails.

Responsibilities:
? Works closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive direct bookings and raise awareness of our 8 unique properties, both domestically and internationally
? Facilitates hotel sponsorships and gift voucher requisition
? Coordinate with the 8 properties to prepare content for email marketing and create regular marketing newsletters
? Assist in database management projects, supporting the growth and development of our segmented customer databases
? Manage and follow-up with general enquiries for the marketing department
? Assist with media or blogger enquiries
? Support in the implementation of social media marketing strategies, both organic and paid
? Provide general administrative support for the team including process quotations and invoices for the department
