Minimum 5-10 years experienced in Conference and Events.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good command of English, both in writing and speaking.
Good computer skills in relevant working system and MS Office.
Good negotiation skills or sales techniques
The Director of Events mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotel belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales in the best possible conditions for the company.
To ensure the smooth operation of the sales team in consultation with the Director of Sales & Marketing on all matters.
The performance of the Director of Events will be determined solely by the productivity of the overall results in Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit.
