-Support to Hotel Manager
-Arranging the meeting and appointments
-Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agenda and taking minutes
-Managing database, coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
-Recruiting, training and supervising junior staffs
-Implementing new produces and administrative systems
-Handle all HR task
