Position summary
Manager of Preview Centre?s key responsibilities include ensuring the Preview Centre Team attains defined revenue targets, recruitment, training, development and retention of Vacation Consultant; external and internal customer satisfaction; and maintaining a positive relationship within the community.
Ensure the profitability of the Preview Centre by exceeding revenue targets, at or below budgeted costs
Assist the Director of Presentations in the overall management of the Preview centre including the development, training and mentoring of any Presentations Team Leader and Vacation Consultant
Ensure that the appropriate number and quality of Vacation Consultants is sufficient at all times to meet budgeted Guest tours. Take responsibility for the recruitment activity, training, development and performance measures of Vacation Consultants as appropriate
Develop, maintain and enhance AVC?s culture in all facets of the Preview Centres operation, while building strong and ethical team values
Coordinate and supervise the initial induction and training program with new Vacation Consultants to ensure they have a complete understanding of the presentations process and the AVC Points product
Supervise the daily operational aspects of the Preview Centre?s ?Floor? through active management participation,
