- To be pleasant at all times and greet the guest upon arrival at the Spa.
- Answers all general inquiries pertaining to the hotel and the various services offered.
- Verifies arrival and departure details (for billing) and other services requested by guests.
- Handles guest complaints / concerns; serves as a liaison with necessary departments.
- To check display counter, reception counter and other reception area facilities according to checklist provided.
- To be knowledgeable about Spa products and facilities
- To maintain professional attitude and to work efficiently and effectively. To handle incoming telephone calls with courteous manner.
- To take telephone booking from guests for treatment/To check their reservation.
- To inform Spa Manager of any difficulties or problems with regards to clients.
- To explain treatments available to guests and up-selling therapies and other services of the spa and the hotel.
- To always use spa consultation form, pay attention and understanding the guest health condition, i.e. sunburns, muscle tension, allergies etc.
- Prepares spa appointment cards for the guests.
- Work closely with Spa Therapist Supervisor to ensure that rooms are blocked accordingly treatments and for maintenance as and when scheduled.
- Maximises spa sales and revenues for the hotel.
- Adhere to company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.
- To ensure that the spa reception and relaxation areas are clean, tidy and well stocked with updated reading materials.
