The So Welcome Supervisor reports directly to the Assistant Manager and is fully in charge of the overall So welcome team & activity during his/her shift.
? The So Welcome Supervisor is expected to lead as an example in terms of appearance, attitude, smile, & professionalism, being a reference for the Receptionist.
? The So Welcome Supervisor will ensure So Welcome Angel could run the operation smoothly and effectively.
? During absence of Rooms Controller, the Front Desk Supervisor will replace Rooms Controller.
