Assistant Reservation Manager (ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกจองห้องพัก)

1.Thai nationality
2.At least Bachelor degree in any field
3.Minimum of 3 years in relevant experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 5 star class environment
4.Knowledgeable in the Reservation Operation and related applications
5.Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
6.Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1.Main responsibility is to maximize room sales and revenue.
2.This position will supervise all reservation staffs in taking efficient room reservation, providing information on prices; and to up-selling rooms and service where possible.
3.Also review and control room availability and prepare daily arrival list.
4.Provide accrete advance reservation and occupancy forecasts.
5.For reporting, keep all charts, records, files and correspondence updated and accurate
