To drive the development strategies and growth targets for the Company in the Asia Region. To provide additional support to the Vice President of Development on the global development & investment activities.
?Identifying and evaluating suitable new hotel projects for predominately hotel management agreements but as well as hotel investment projects.
?Negotiating with hotel developers and/or J.V. partners for management agreements as well as hotel investment projects.
?Conducting market overview studies and financial feasibility studies for all new hotel projects, including 10-year financial projections with GOP, EBITDA, ROI and IRR, etc..
