- Male/Female
- Smart personality and well grooming appearance
- High energy, Enthusiastic, self-motivated and outgoing.
- Direct experience to premium services background in event focus.
- Minimum 3 years in Sales experience for either hotel or F&B business
- Minimum 2 years event sales experience.
- Thai nationality.
- Fluent in English.

รายละเอียดงาน

1. Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue for all Ce La Vi products and services.
2. Handle incoming event inquiries
3. Coordinate with all departments to ensure events details are briefed as soon as possible and events are run in a smooth and efficient manner
4. Analyze sales statistics and determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor guests? preferences.
5. Maintain clear line of communication on sales commitments to all related department.
6. To observe the market, identify trend and monitor the main competitors.
7. Generate numbers for company to determine if sales goals have been met.
8. Drive own personal revenue target for minimum as it set on monthly target.
9. Have extensive knowledge of competitor businesses and what business is booking into the area
10. Liaise with the Event Team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads and ensure that the company can get more business
11. Encourage full usage of all facilities in all areas to maximize sales
12. Be present to meet and greet guests as appropriate
13. Entertain prospective guests where appropriate
14. Carry out telephone sales calls to sell the facilities, products, and services.
15. Ensure that all communications with guests are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards.
16. Attend Daily, Weekly, and monthly Department meetings
17. Be aware of company policies

18. Ensure that the Finance department is given accurate information for billing
19. Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered
20. Ensure that statistical data is produced and analyzed
21. Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the department?s target
22. Join the event sales incentive.
23. Create complete - Sales Strategies and folders
24. Join networking event on a weekly basis.

-Competitive Base salary + high incentive offered
