- To assist Financial Controller to manage the Accounting Department to ensure all Finance team members following the Hotel policies & procedure in compliance to good internal control practices required by Starwood.
- To ensure all routines and reporting procedures done by accounting team are completed accurately on a timely manner via routine review, and daily meeting with team members to resolve issues and challenges. Any unresolved issues should be brought up to Financial Controller attention.
- To review the final input into the general ledger from various sources during month-end closing including thoroughly review monthly accounts reconciliations, cost board, and preliminary P&L performed by Chief Accountant, Cost Controller, and other Accounting team members. This also includes supervision of the month-end closure to ensure timely compliance to Starwood reporting timetable.
- To professionally perform the transferring of financial data from monthly P&L, Forecast, and Budget to Cognos, Starwood Share Point, and Minor share point.
- All above are to be done accurately, effectively and efficiently with utmost care.
- To update sharing files setup for concerned responsible Excom/Department Heads as team contribution for monthly preparation of forecast and Management report & P&L Critiques, yearly budget, and any Adhoc reports required by hotel management, Starwood, and Minor Group. Above is assisting supporting role to Financial Controller.
- To assist and support Financial Controller in maintaining control over incomes, costs, payroll, and other expenses. And, to ensure assets and liabilities of the Hotel are recorded on the book correctly following Uniform System of Accounts and Thai GAPP.

- To ensure all financial information is recorded accurately and timely in line with the hotels Policies, Standards and Procedures and most importantly, management reports are to be available on time for management decision.
- To be responsible for the hiring, motivating and training of staff responsible for. In addition, must evaluate the staff?s performance and perform the relevant appraisals.
- To supervise and coordinate the month-end closure to ensure timely compliance to reporting timetable.
- To prepare and/or review reports in accordance with reporting calendar to be submitted on a timely basis.
- Ensure that all corporate reporting requirements and code of ethics are being adhered to.
