? Bachelor?s degrees in human resources or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration and human resources experience in Hospitality industry, or person who has equivalent ability
? Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
? Experience in educating and coaching staff.
? Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
? Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
? Ability to give presentations.
? Knowledge of relevant labor laws of Thai.
? Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
? Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point.
? Experience in Human Resources Manager or Asst. Managers
Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
? Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
? Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
? Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
