KEY TASKS
?You ensure that all runs smoothly during the customer's stay. You are involved from the customer's arrival in the hotel, through to their paying and check-out. Other duties: - Answering the telephone - Handling the cash register and billing ?
?Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
? Performs Front Office operations, applying the organizational structure defined by the Front Office Manager and the guest relation manager
? Together with the Guest Relations Manager, is jointly responsible for welcoming and taking care of guests throughout their stay
? Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay
?Checks the remaining VIP guest arrivals and departures, prepare the appropriate invoices are present and correct, complete with receipts
? Provides a warm and friendly welcome for guest to encourage their loyalty
?Ensures that VIP?s guest requests take priority in daily operation
? Develops excellent relationships with guest throughout their stay
?Ensure internal procedures are duly applied
? Responsible for the daily organization of the section.
? Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
