The Front Desk Guest Service is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a delightful and seamless arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Office is also the natural place where guests compliments, comments, observations and complaints timely and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction. Communicate all guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints to relevant departments and ensuring follow up. Work with all Front of House colleagues achieving continuous, seamless service.
