- Male/Female, Thai Nationality, Age 35 years old up.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Personnel Management / Psychology or in any related fields.
- At least 5 years experience up in HRD or Training in Hotel Industrial.
- Characteristics/Skills Leadership and Good human relation
- Ability to use MS Office
- Good in written and spoken English
- Can Travelling in Thailand and Oversea.
-Works in coordination with the Director of Traiing and Quality Assurance to set Training strategies for the group
-Assists the Director of Trainin and Quality Assurance to conducts Unique Trainer Training sessions to all Supervisors and Department heads throughout the Group
-Conducts Unique Guest Contact Skills to all Staff throughout the Group.
-Conducts Orientation Training sessions as and when necessary
-Develops Unique Training material and courses in coordination with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance
-Contacts and coordinates with all HRMs/DOHRs group wide regarding Training Sessions in each resort
-Together with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance, adapts and writes SOPs and P&P for the Group and Unique Office
-Assists the Director of Training and Quality Assurance in ensuring a Guest Satisfaction Program is rolled out and measured group wide each month (We Care)
-Ensures Communication and follow up action plans are in place for the We Care repots
-Ensures the Trip advisor challenge is in place and communicated and followed up on eatch month
-Ensures all Unique Training programs are in place at every resort
-Ensures all Training sessions are carried out, The Unique Profile, General Service Skills, Supervisory Skills, Managerial Skills and Technical Skills etc
-In coordination with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance, writes Training P&Ps for the Group and Unique Office
-Conducts Training sessions for all levels throughout the Group
-Works with the Hotel Managters and Department Heads to adapt the SOPs to each Resort
-Checks on the adherence to the Unique SOPs to each Resort
-Checks all generic SOPs group wide
-Checks generic P&Ps group wide
-Checks on Job Responsibilities/Task Lists group wide
-Establishes Career Development Forms and Appraisals for lanches group wide
-In coordination with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance, develops a Mystery Guest Program
-In Coordination with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance develops Unique Orientation Program
-Writes Staff SAtisfaction (Caring of the Team) Questionnaire with the Director fo Trainning/QA
-Together with the Director of Training/QA to follow up on Staff Satisfaction (Caring of the Team) Improvement Action Plan
-Develops pre opening training sessions and simulations with the Director of Training/QA
-Establishes relationships with Training colleagues in the industry as well external trainers for possible utilization within the Group
