About you:
- You are an independent and dynamic team worker, passionate about hospitality and showing the young people on how things are done
- You have received a proper service training or a hospitality degree from a school
- You have proven experience in a restaurant or a hotel serving Asian and International dishes
- You have strong interest in supporting the marginalized youth who has difficult access to employment
- You are a native Thai speakers and your English is good
- You will be our full time employee, based in Bangkok
- You are flexible with working overtime, during weekend and public holidays
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be working together with our students in a busy restaurant and providing them with training on all elements of serving food and drinks.
This includes showing the students on how to serve the guests and supervising them while they deliver the orders. You will be trained on our international standard procedures and you will make sure that the students gain their service skills so that they can find employment after completing the training.
Ongoing responsibilities include:
- Ensure all students are protected and safe during the training
- Support the students to finish the whole training and find employment after
- Ensure all students deliver highest standard service to provide best experience for the guests
- Ensure all students learn proper ways of preparing the dining room, greeting and seating the guests and taking their orders
- Ensure guests receive information about our work with marginalized children and youth
- Ensure staff are supported and act as a manager while the Restaurant Manager is away
- Ensure daily operation are running smoothly and reach standard as have been trained.
