- Male or female / Thai nationality/ Age not exceed 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree level in related fields
- Good command in English
- Able to speak Japanese is a plus
- Experience in handling the teams of FO, EN, and HK at hotel business for at least 3-5 years
- Able to analyze Occupancy and Revenue and apply the data to job functions
- Background in Amadeus or other related programs
- Able to work under pressure and customer's complain
- Able to work during 8.50 am - 18.30 pm with 6 days off/month
- Performing the role of Hotel Manager at Check Inn Phromphong Hotel located in Sukhumvit Soi 41 Rd.
- Controlling and taking care about all over functions of the hotel with 60 accommodation rooms
- Analyzing occupancy, revenue and criticizing to increase its volume to meet company goals and visions
- Managing, Manning and scheduling operation teams of Front Office, Engineer, and House keeping
- Building a good relationship with customers as well as making them a regular customer
- Dealing with guest's comments and solve them in the right points
- Providing support and assistance to higher management as required
- Working in corporate with other units and departments regarding cost control, customer service, staffing, job assignment, budget, etc
