1. Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff upon to the request & budget.
2. Organize visa and work permits for all expatriates based in corporate & branch office.
3. Organize and ensure proper administration of Employee paper work and all memos.
4. Provide each new employee with a warm professional welcome; conduct new employee orientation and monitor training, culture assimilation, and appraisals.
5. Payroll and benefits administration for corporate & branch offices, ensuring that compensation and benefits are in line with company budget and policies
6. Manage the employee reward system, employee relations activities, and employee communication.
7. Review and update employee rules and regulations, be able to suggest improvements as necessary
8. Control sick leave, other leaves, and travel requisitions as per policy.
9. Supervise & recheck works of HR officer at branch office
10. Support & correct as per comment of audit.
