- A university with at least 7 years working experience in Human Training ans Development in hospitality business.
- Demonstrated capability in building and delivering high level of products and service strategies which support corporate objectives.
- Has experience background in leading and supporting teams in areas such as HR Management, Training & Development.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking approach.
- Ability to research and evaluate training needs, successfully coach staff to develop and apply knowledge and skill in a range of areas.
- Proven experience in identifying capability gaps and developing training plans to address.
- Sound skills in Microsoft Office product, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to deliver instructional presentations.
- Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal.
- Good in English language for all writing, listening and speaking.
- Ability to provide members with an exceptional service; has good interpersonal skills that enable to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary.
To leverage the BAC's strategic theme of building organizational capability by ensuring that organizational learning and development activities support current and future business needs for best products, service and expertise. Provision of tools, courses, coaching and training to build the capabilities of employee to provide best service in delivering product and service through the company's objectives. Support the development of organizational capabilities through a range of workforce management practices. Also organize plan for employee engagement activity which create inspiration, teamwork and good relationship of employee. Increasingly, Training and Development Manager required to be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge especially on hospitality within an organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.
