- 4+ years Front Office / Guest Services experience with minimum 2 years in senior / leader / supervisor level
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all front office operations.
- Able to communicate well in English with the ability to speak, read and write clearly.
- Able to work in shift rotation.
- Experience and be familiar in hostel business is an advantage.
- Be responsible for the overall guest experience at the hostel.
- Create a fun, friendly culture and a hostel service standard.
- Build an energized, well trained, technique driven team.
- Create, define and maintain smooth daily operation throughout the hostel.
- Train and supervise all Hostel Host team in the performance of their duties.
- Thorough knowledge of hostel products, facilities, services and other near-by attractions.
- Warm & friendly guest interaction with cordial correspondence.
- Respond to operational emergencies and support Hostel Manager when assigned.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Monthly Service Charge with Minimum Guarantee of THB 3,000
