-Minimum 3-4 years in similar positions with related experience in luxury hotels and organizations.
-Excellent English literate in both oral and written communication.
-Strong interpersonal skill.

-Able to work independently on tasks and special projects.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly reports to SO GM while being SO GM?s good representative in
every ways to ensure effective liaison with the management team.
Strongly support SO GM in achieving a successful execution,
hard-working and super-efficient.
MAIN DUTIES & TASK LISTS
-Performs efficiently all administrative management tasks as the Executive Office?s Manager.
-Provides very good relationship, operational support, co-ordination and assistance to other departments.
-Gains level of trust and continue building further relationship with the Owning Company and AccorHotels.
-Provides full support and assistance for any requests by the Hotel Owners, management and staff.
-Participates as a member of management and advises on administrative matters, as required.
-Ensures that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled.
-Maintains professional business confidentiality.
-Ensures proper distribution of information from SO GM?s Office to all concerned as required.
-Keeps confidential information as
-Handles all guests? queries in efficient manner and establish an amicable relationship with all Hotel guests.
-Ensures support for the compilation, submission, distribution and reporting of all documents.
-Ensures proper timeliness, accurateness and properly safe keeping and filing of all administrative documents.
-Interacts with guests as required on behalf of SO GM and the Management.
