? Minimum education of a Bachelor?s Degree, preferably in a related discipline.
? Comprehensive L&D experience - at least 2 years at a managerial level.
? Good knowledge in the principles of Quality Assurance and Training and Development.
? Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
? Computer literate.
? Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1. Develop the talent pool by developing and promoting training programs to attract the talents from outside and to develop the talents within organization
2. Develop the training managers and departmental trainers in hotels to be key training persons.
3. Instruct on quality principles and theories.
4. Monitor Hotel Training Plan and Training Monthly Report
5. Arrange and develop training programs for interns and management trainee programs
6. Creates apposite motivational environment.
7.Ensures communication flows with and inter department.
8.Be responsible for the training and development program of the company/hotel.
9.Establish two-way communication with related departments.
10.Identifies and solves problems in a professional manner.
