2. Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, human resource management, or related field
3. Minimum 5 years work experience in hotel HR operations
4. Good English communications skills (written and spoken)
5. Strong & flexible personality, good interpersonal skills and self-confident
6. Strong analytical skills, proactive, problem solving ability
1. Supervises employee facilities by daily inspection and ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
2. Supervise all matters regarding the employee restaurant
3. Directly responsible for ensuring sufficient manning in each department and for the
recruitment thereof
4. Together with the Financial Controller prepare the monthly payroll and service charge with accuracy and on time
5. Complete regular salary and benefits surveys to ensure that the hotel?s remuneration
package remains competitive
6. Ensure that all employees prior to 119 days of service have undergone a Probationary
Review
7. Ensure development and implementation of training calendar for the property
8. To review the salary calculation and prepare the journal entries.
9. To review other benefits payment to employee such as medical reimbursement.
10. Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the General Manager
