JOB SUMMARY
Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as hotel?s collaterals, packaging, advertising art work, flyers newsletters or logos. The graphic designer will develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the objectives. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

KEYS RESPONSIBITIES
1. Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
2. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
3. Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
4. Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to Marketing Mgr.
5. Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
6. Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
7. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
8. Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
9. Prepare material, discussing them with Marketing Mgr. and/or supervisors and making necessary changes
10. Keeping abreast of developments in it, particularly design programs such as freehand, illustrator, Photoshop, 3d studio, acrobat, director, dream weaver and flash
11. Working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, PR and marketing departments
