2. Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting Dept.
3. Previous experiences within a hotel environment.
4. Good English communication skills.
5. Computer literacy, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, and Orisoft System is an asset.

รายละเอียดงาน

1.Investigate and evaluate the credit worthiness of individuals and companies when so requested by departments within the hotel; present credit data obtained with recommendation.
2.Develop and implement newly written credit procedures from time to time when situation demands and then incorporating it into the existing policies.
3.Organize and establish a procedure for an efficient collection apparatus - to include collection letters, telephone contacts and follow up, and third party collection.
4.Handle correspondence in response to complaint letters related to billing.
5.Call for monthly Credit Control Committee Meeting. In the meeting, the management will be informed of all doubtful accounts and recommendations made for appropriate accounts to be followed-up either by the Credit Manager or the respective Sales Manager/Banquet Manager.
6.Participate in the Inter-Hotel Credit Manager's Meeting, exchanging and sharing confidential information on travel agents, etc.; co-operate and assist one another under the common objective of fraud prevention.
7.Periodic review of all accounts under the solicitor's hand or collection agency and advise the Controller or Credit Control Committee the status and progress of each individual accounts.
8.To follow-up collection of account Receivable regularly in a firm diplomatically to produce results and at the same time maintain good relations with the customers.
9.To recommend the write-off of accounts that are unable to be collected.
10.To report to the Financial Controller of all matters affecting credit & collection.
11.To report immediately any unfavourable information received affecting a customer's credit standing, so that appropriate action may be taken.
12.To supervise the activities of the credit staff in order to achieve efficient & effective performance of each individual's duties & responsibilities.
13.To attend to guest queries of account arising in the Front Office.
14.Approval of all personal checks cashed by the hotel?s guests.
15.Follow up and ensure payment of all accounts listed in the Aging account (30 days and above).
16.The Credit Manager?s functions also require her to establish in a good rapport with all companies and travel agents doing business with the hotel.
17.Ensure that the in flow of cash to the operation is good and most of all it is her responsibilities to see that the debts of the hotel is kept to the minimum level.
18.To ensure that Program Manager of Connoisseur Club submits their daily revenue report on time and all collections and refunds are correctly accounted for.
19.To ensure that the database of our Fitness Club members are updated and to work closely with the Fitness Club Manager pertaining to all matters relating to member?s fees.
20.Other duties as may be required by the Director of Finance.
