Reservation Manager

? Fluency in English
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel
? Proficiency in PMS (Opera)
? Excellent written and spoken Thai & English is a must
? Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher, Internet and other popular software
? Good interpersonal & communicative skills
? Ability to work independently and as a team
? Maintain an organized system to ensure that processes are getting completed on time
? Minimum 2-3 years experiences in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

? Reservations Manager in the day-to-day operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the high degree of service and efficiency throughout Reservations department.
? Oversees and supervises the overall performance of the department to ensure all daily tasks and duties are completed on time.
? Develops, organizes and implements on-the-job training to Reservations Sales Agents.
