? Coordinate of all aspects in the department operations to ensure that the services are delivered to guests or internal customers with the aim of exceeding guest expectations in accordance with brand standard.
? Responsible for the day-to-day operation of associates who are working in the section.
? Utilize the hotel?s computer and micros system, printing checks, closing checks and completing for closing check report.
? Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of the department by liaising with Housekeeping and Engineering.
? Ensure all decorations and operating equipments are maintained and cleaned at all times.
? Request all items necessary for the operation including food, beverage and general items insuring they do not exceed set par levels.
? Support Shift Leader in conducting pre-service briefing and de-briefing with associates for the highlighting of any:
? VIP in house
? CEM guests
? SPG members/ SPG enrollment
? Group movements
? Promotional activity
? Guest feedback -GEI
? Shift de-brief
? Service improvement points
? Maintain personal grooming and presentation of standards in a high level and appropriate for the image of our hotel.
? In conjunction with Shift Leader/Assistant Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to minimize absenteeism also to manage occupational health & safety issues.
? Maintain all equipments within the restaurant, e.g. linen, china, glass, electrical equipments.
