- Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience in Leisure, Travel Agents, Tour Operator sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in hotel sales management.
- Ability to participate in relevant trade shows, and industry events.
- Fluent in English is required.
- Implement all sales strategies and actions, responsible for yearly sales targets for leisure market, local and worldwide Travel Agents and Tour Operator.
- Develop new business leads, prospect markets, and boost opportunities for sales achievement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, toward sales revenue.
- Initiate promotional packages/campaigns, to boost the relevant markets.
- Maintain a high property exposure in major market areas through sales visits, presentations, site inspections, trade shows and other communication channels.
- Manage, participate and conduct presentations in special events and join industry partners in industry trade shows/events.
- Plan sales trips and attend travel functions and promotional events to promote the hotel.
- Monitor and manage market intelligence of industry competition and trends.
- Liaise concerned team on FAM requests, visits and special requests.
- Liaise and support Director of Sales & Marketing in contributing towards new projects research and survey where relevant.
