4. Good English communication skills.
5. Computer literacy, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, and Orisoft System is an asset.
1.Reviewing and Approving documents concerning;
-Income Audit/Night Audits
-General Cashier
-Account Payable
-General Ledger
-Account Receivable
-Store/Receiving
-Paymaster
2.To ensure the smooth running of the various sections meeting financial deadline.
3.Review and discuss with Insurance Company (Overseas Union Insurance Ltd) on annual renewal of polices.
4.Handling Entertainers' Tax and Music Copyright License.
5.Overseeing and supervising the preparation of twice yearly physical inventory for all Operating Equipment in circulation and in Store.
6.To maintain control and check function over all floats held by individual Cashiers, Also review and investigate all shortages and missing cash reported by the Income Auditor
7.Any assignment given by the Director of Finance.
