คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Female or Male, age 25-30 years old.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Restaurant & Banquet
- Minimum 1 year experience as supervisor or team leader
- Minimum 1 year experience as department or team trainer
- More experience in restaurant will be an advantage
- Good command in English
- Able to train staff on the service standard and service sequences
- Up selling skill
- Able to work under shift rotation
- Able to work over time sometimes
- Strong leadership & Good team player

รายละเอียดงาน

-Convey a sense of urgency that events are executed in a timely manner.

-Take initiative and act professionally to ensure tasks are completed.

-Exhibit and encourage high performance standards for self and others

-Able to develop and maintain excellent credibility with coworkers and subordinates by demonstrating complete consistency between words and actions, in all aspects of behavior.

-Effectively identify & anticipate guest needs & handle challenging situations with guests

-Positively influence coworkers to accept & execute changes immediately and effectively.

-Regularly keep manager up-to-date on relevant activities

-Maintain a high level of output and quality.

-Take action to ensure overall success of department.

-Maintain an organized system to ensure that processes are getting completed on time

-Inspect function floors before, during and after functions to ensure all standards are followed

-Train B&F Talents in the department on relevant skills needed for the operation

-Maintain equipment and stock par level. Purchase equipment when required, with management authorization.

-To follow the procedures, policies and techniques of service.

-To have full understanding of the menu preparations to ensure good salesmanship.

-To be courteous and friendly to guests and colleagues.

-To present menu to guests and take beverage and food order if necessary.

-To recommend menu items and beverage if necessary.

-To understand the coordination between the kitchen and the restaurant.

-To assist guests with chairs when arriving and leaving.

-To clear soiled items to the washing area.

-To reset table as soon as guests leave.

-To replenish clean items to their respective areas.

-To remove soiled linen and place them in appropriate area.

-Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related ?Brand? and Starwood Policies.

-To promote the hotels? loyalty programs

-To drive and achieve business goals set for the department and take personal responsibility

-To take personal responsibility for the hotel assets and costs, understanding that all items have a value

-Uphold the Starwood Cares culture by demonstrating the Star Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates. We NEVER say ?No? to any guest without providing an appropriate alternative at all times!

-Understand the responsibilities of the other stations and departments (kitchen, stewards, bar, hostess) and co-operate with them. Remember, you are part of a team, so take pride in your team?s performance.

-To have understanding of the basic function setup styles be able to set them up independently

-To attend daily briefings and follow the given directions

-To complete all side duties assigned by the Assistant Manager and Manager.
