? 2-3 years working experience in Customer Service or business related filed.
? Good personality, strong internal and external coordinator skills.
? Ability to handle pressure.
? Energetic and hard working.
? Good command both spoken and written in English.
? Computer literate, self-motivated and be very service oriented.
? Having experiences in fashion industry is a plus.
? Assist Customer Service Manager in updating customer service bible, activities plan along with training year plan.
? Coordinate with stores in updating relevant customer service information including recent or urgent customer cases.
? Follow up with stores for customer requirements or any customer cases.
? Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
? Handling customer complaints and provide written record.
? Provide admin works ? update reports from time to time including our competitors campaign, service or activities.
? Day to day operation.
? Monitor feedback/complaints from various channels such as FB and review mainly from online site.
? Translate training materials and relevant documents.
? Be able to travel up country for routine visit, training purpose, local events, etc.
