- Knowledge of HR Management function is advantage
- The salary depends on experience, up to 35K
-Responsible for all recruitment & selection activities including Job Analysis, job posting, sourcing, screening,
interviewing for all level assigned.
-Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
-Performing reference and background checks.
-Making recommendations to the next interviewer.
-Providing employment Contract for permanent and temporary staff also Probation and evaluation processes.
-Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues and career growth.
-Visa and Work permit process for foreigners.
-Conduct exit interviews.
-Assisting to HR managers with staff requirements
