Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the business performance of the restaurant.
- Lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.
- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
- Take beverage and food orders.
- Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent - service is provided to all customers.
- Collect cash according to customer orders.
- Stock service areas with supplies such as food.
