? Thai nationality, male or female, age 27-35 years old
? Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Business Management, General Management, Hotel Management, or related field
? Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in hotel, customer service or related field (Preferably in hospitality business)
? Minimum of 3 years experience in management position
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
? Strong planning and leadership skills
? Ability to make decisions and solve problems
? Working 6 days/week (able to work in shifts)
? Good command of English language
? Ability to work well under pressure
? Adaptability to change in the work environment
? Ability to communicate in Vietnamese, Burmese is a strong plus for Vietnam and Myanmar locations
*Knowledge in additional languages like Chinese, Japanese is a strong plus but not required for Thailand location
? Conduct sales efforts to generate new business clients, while maximizing the profitability of existing clients
? Manage and drive sales of the branch to meet the target
? Manage and keep the branch in compliance with all regulations including standard operating procedures and guidelines such as food and quality control, hygiene, and safety
? Responsible for all related issues of the branch, plan, manage and solve problems quickly and effectively
? Effectively manage systems and maintain day-to-day operations
