-Must be able to solve problem and have negotiating skills.
-Asist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
-Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
-Prepare and organize contract,promotion or events.
-Answer telephone/email and respond to questions or inquiries in a pleasant manner.
-Responsible for site inspection.
-Telesales/ Maintain relationship with travel agents in order to increase sales production and better service.
