- Graduate with diploma and/or degree
- Minimum 5 years? working experience as a Sous Chef and above
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with good command of English
- Must have high level of patience, consistency in quality of work under pressure
- Good leadership with sense of urgency
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information (if any)
- Team player with high degree of initiative and able to work independently
- Possess good leadership traits, effective management skills, able to motivate and train employees
- Ability to organize and priorities workload
Ability to plan and schedule training sessions, people, places
- Willing to work on projects on short notices
Assist with adhoc tasks (if any)
- Manage and provide strategic leadership to coach and guide all aspects of kitchen operations and trainings
- Be responsible for all kitchen operational efficiency, maintaining established costs and quality standards to achieve the goals of the organization
- Provide support to the organization with kitchen training programs; kitchen employees and managers
- Responsible for continuously enhancing and improving operating process and systems
- Guide, Mentor, Train and Coach food standards to both Corporate and Overseas Kitchen Managers and Chefs
- Be conscious of cost indicators and financial performance impact
- Suggest and develop training solutions to enhance the competencies and capabilities of kitchen employees
- Operate mainly in the Training Center (Hooters @ Sukhumvit soi 4), supporting kitchen operations, trainings and store openings
