Bell Attendant [พนักงานยกกระเป๋า]

- Good command in English
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good personality with politely and healthy.
- Able to driving and must have a driver's license.
- Able to work in a shift.

- Serving guests at the Bell Counter while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
- Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from Guest Rooms, cars and Front Desk.
- Ensure that guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.
- Escort guests to their rooms as required and explain room features and amenities; ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Store and retrieve guest luggage as required or requested in accordance with established procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about the general layout of the rooms and to be able to show and explain room facilities to a guest.
- Cover doormen duties when emergency arises.
- Assist the Concierge Captain in keeping the storeroom clean and tidy especially luggage trolley maintenance.
- Assumes other duties as assigned by the Chief Concierge.
