IT Manager (Based at Dusit d2 Khao Yai)

1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of IT supervisory experience in medium-large organization is essential. Exposure to hospitality industry is highly desirable
3. Strong knowledge in Fidelio, Opera, Micros, PC. LAN. and other applications widely used in hospitality business.
4. Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

To assist the management and users on the effective operation of Fidelio, Opera, Micros, PC? s and other systems. Act as a service center for all IT. matters. Monitor and control usage of direct line. Plan and implement technology related processes, systems, and telecommunications. Maintain IT systems, management of software & hardware, 24-hour coverage for hotel. Produce strategic, tactical IT business plans, capital & operating budgets. Conduct relevant periodic training and refresher training courses for the users.
