? At least 10 years of purchasing, direct experience in F&B purchasing is advantage.
? Literacy in English
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
? Knowledge of Food&Beverage Products (banquet, restaurant equipments and supplies, raw materials)
? Knowledge in food safety standard is a must such as GMP, HACCP, ISO22000
? Good relationship with suppliers
? Strong negotiation Skills
? Work closely with Executive Chef, Chinese Restaurant Chefs to ensure that the raw materials, equipments and supplies are required to meet the need of chefs
? Work closely with Group Restaurant Managers by introducing new products to increase sale to restaurants
? Be responsible for planning and purchasing materials, supplies and equipments to support the new restaurant projects in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
? Develop and review E-Auction for efficient use
? Provide assistance to Food and Beverage Unit as required to ensure effective support.
? Reduce and save cost through negotiation with suppliers for both current and new products
? Research and identify new products and suppliers to support kitchens and restaurants
? Build and develop relations with suppliers and assist in building effective partnerships.
? Contact shipping agent to do custom clearance for imported products.
? Determine F&B Purchasing Department?s budget and control of expenses
? Solve problem and provide leadership to the team
? Specify and implement F&B Purchasing?s KPIs.
? Evaluate, develop and train staff to ensure that they meet required performance standards.
? Report routine operation to General Manager
? Performs special tasks and projects that are assigned by General Manager
