? Thai nationality, age 30 years old up
? Bachelor degree or higher in related fields.
? At least 5 years experience in Spa preferences hotel or serviced apartment
? Strong knowledge in Spa
? Good personality, with service, self-motivated, well organized
? Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
? Able to work under pressure
? Good command of both spoken and written English and computer literate
? Lead and motivate staff to a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by facilitating team work and ensuring all duties are performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.
? Maintain close contact with guests, receiving feedback regarding the operation of the Spa and other facilities remained at a consistently professional level as well as employee knowledge, courteous and friendly behavior when dealing with customer.
? Supervise the subordinates ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained at all times.
? Plan and implement application of availability controls market segments in order to maximize total revenue and profitability.
? Provide input on rate submission for the establishment of marketing objectives.
? Keep track of all membership expiry dates and update at all times.
? Be responsible for ensuring and maining adequate supply of all products, including all those used in treatments and reordering when required.
? To constantly strive so as to reach the budgeted sales figures at every month end.
? Conduct regular briefing with all staff.
? To assist in preparation of yearly revenue budgets for Spa submission on yearly basis.
? Ensures that payroll is kept in line with the approved profit budget while.
? Monitor products and accessories used in Spa to ensure all budgets are achieved and adhered to.
? Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports.
? Ensure that all hygiene levels are met in the Spa.
