Requirements:
- Minimum of Degree in Finance or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Finance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in hotel.
- Have experience in finance & accounting in Pre-Opening Hotel is an advantaged.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Good organizers, ability to prioritize work within deadlines and good in presentation.
- Good command of English.
Responsible:
- To oversee the financial management of all properties in Thailand
- To ensure that all finance activities / report are properly administered and monitored, including income audit and credit control
- To ensure the actual expenditure is aligned with approved budgeted expenditures
- To maintain proper internal control as to ensure compliance with standards and authorities
- To oversee all of the areas of the Finance department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Received, General Ledger, Billings, Purchasing and Receiving etc.
- To provide hands on management in the areas of accounting, reporting, tax internal control and budgeting.
- To oversee and sign off monthly reports.
- Be up-to-date with new finance and accounting legislation and other law as relevant fields.
