Guest Service agent serving Hansar Brand hotels are always in front of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

- Can use the Opera system.
- Experience in position 1-2 years.
- Physically fit and energetic.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guests account upon completion of their stay and ensuring that every Guest has an exceptional experience.
