-Bachelor?s Degree
-Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales and convention services or relative field.
-Good command of English
-Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure all service standards have been met.
-Finalize all details relating to catering functions from initial stage until final billing.
-Be responsible for soliciting new catering accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed food & beverage revenue goals.
-Oversee client functions for ensuring the highest standard has been met to exceed customer satisfaction.
