Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Personally welcomes Arabic guest upon arrival.
-Assist in supervising the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
- Approves rebates within the amount parameters as specified by the hotel's policies & procedures..
- Calls long staying guests to offer assistance and check satisfaction.
- Communication to the team and follows up effectively on Medallia feedback.
