Reservation Supervisor

-Knowledge of written and spoken English.
-Experience 1-2 years in the position.

-Ensure that reservations are dealt with effectively.
-Responds to all guest reservation requests.
-Monitor all Tentative / Provisional / Waitlisted bookings entered on the system and follow up.
-Supervise the operational activities of the hotel front desk within hotel guidelines.
-Train and develop Front Desk Agents.
-Other Front Office Manager as assigned.
