Job Duties
To develop and foster a positive image and relationship between the restaurant and the public, i.e. vendors, suppliers, guests, clients and the community.
The Public Relations Officer performs her duties within the framework defined by the chain and restaurant and by internal rules and regulations.
? Pays visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.
? Determines and recommends prospective customers by analyzing historical and other statistical information, participation in conducting customer interviews, and preparing customer call
analysis reports.
? Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds
effectively to their requests.
? Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
? Receives in the restaurant any important guests whom he has approached.
? Negotiates prices with the clients.
? Confirms verbal proposals in writing.
? Ensures that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated.
? Solicit group, individual, banquet and other function business directly and jointly with other
through the preparation and executive of action plans


Requirements
? Thai Nationality
? Age between 25-28 years
? Bachelor?s Degree in any fields
? Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
? Good command in English
? Service minded and proactive
? Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
? Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
? At least 5 years? experience in Sale or PR experiences in Hospitality
? Ability to manage a network of global PR agencies; international and various media experience a plus
? Pleasant personality, strong both communication & interpersonal skills and computer literacy
? Strong leadership skills, strategic and creative thinking, result-oriented, proactive, flexible person
? Excellent speaking and writing in English
