- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledgeable in Reservation Procedure and related applications
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and service-minded.
- Able to work well under pressure and with others.
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations according to hotel standards.
- Maintain complete and accurate information which is essential to the reservation.
- Handle guest queries and complaints related to reservations in an efficient and polite manner.
- Sell the best-rated room to meet guest needs while maximizing the room revenue.
- Understand and explain effectively the hotel policies on check-in/check-out time, guaranteed reservations, no-shows.
